It wasn’t until January that I was ready for the Panda Program. I had gained back 20 of the 40 lbs lost on another diet, I felt lethargic & just upset with myself. In the 5 weeks I was in the Panda Challenge, I lost 16.5 lbs! I also lost 2-3 inches off of my measurements! Now that’s something to get hyped up about!! In addition, my energy & mind clarity increased immensely! I was no longer lethargic! Kyle’s approach is unconventional but based on scientific facts. In Panda, I far exceeded my goal of 10-15 lbs and lost 22.8 lbs! I’ve continued on and. I am now at my lowest weight in 30 years and at 38 lbs lost and feeling better than I have in years! I credit you for the fabulous energy I have, for losing 35 pounds and for finding a lifestyle that totally works for me!! 🐼❤️🐼 Since hitting my 50’s my weight kept climbing and I struggled to find a method that worked for me. I have wonderful friends who tried to help; but their programs lacked to acknowledge my love of food, coupled with my preferred eating style - never hungry at traditional breakfast time to name one thing. I have known Kyle for years, and even though I moved away from Hillsborough - I could do the program from my new town! I began in January and in less than 4 months I dropped 2 whole sizes, my energy level has skyrocketed and my thyroid bloodwork has moved to the normal range. It may go against everything you have been told about weight loss and nutrition - but the results speak for themselves. My biggest objection would have been that Kyle’s approach is very “unconventional” and doctors/nutritionists may think it was ridiculous. But after going through all those current mainstream programs and methods and feeling bad because I thought I lacked the discipline and willpower to follow them - I now realize those programs did not address a number of areas for me. Those areas include that food is a “drug”, that our survival as humans has historically been “fast and then feast”, that hours of exercise does not equate to weight loss and that America’s obesity epidemic is through the roof! Kyle’s years and years of research, coupled with working with 1000’s of men and women and experimenting with himself first, gives me hope that America’s obesity epidemic can be eliminated! He is accessible, “walks the talk” and is an overall great guy. He pushes limits and is not afraid to try new things; while never expecting you to do absolutely everything he does. I used to be an emotional eater and Kyle’s fasting approach plus Mind Mapping have taught me to deal with my emotions in Different ways that don’t involve food and also learn to sit in the discomfort sometimes and this is an extremely valuable tool, to not always have to react or distract when you feel an uncomfortable emotion. I can go out with friends and eat what I like without having to worry about calories, imagine that!
